At Home Run Sports, we want to ensure you have the right gear to perform your best. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective equipment is securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
